825 Brass and Percussion Instruments

We have a 30 day return policy on all 825 models.  If you are not satisfied with any new products of these models, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or credit on an exchange.  If your purchase is shipped with a free shipping offer, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Return Authorization

  • All returns must have a return authorization number.  Please email orders@bacmusic.com or call 877-569-0240 to obtain one.

  • Once you have been issued a return authorization, please note the requirements below to avoid denial of the refund or exchange credit.

  • Item must be in original box

  • RA number must be affixed to the outer box

  • Item must be in its original box and condition

  • All accessories must be included and in their original condition

    • No returns will be accepted on sales outside the continental US
